Born and raised in San Jose, California, Terrey Randolph Jr. founded HardlineK9 Elite Dog Training—a company built on passion, discipline, and results. Now based in Sacramento, Terrey continues to grow a strong reputation for helping dogs of all breeds unlock their full potential.
Terrey’s journey began as a lifelong animal lover. From owning multiple dogs to raising reptiles and birds, his natural connection with animals quickly stood out. Friends and family began turning to him for help with their dogs, sparking a deeper commitment to professional training.
In 2009, Terrey began mentoring under elite California-based trainers, refining his skills through hands-on experience and real-world challenges. Today, he is an active Certified Decoy, Helper, and Professional Dog Trainer, with specialized experience in obedience, aggression rehabilitation, sport dog work, and personal protection.
Terrey’s training philosophy is grounded in clear communication, consistency, and compassion. Through word-of-mouth referrals and social media, he continues to expand his impact—one dog at a time.
